Challenge/Problem
- Inconsistent Data Management Across Subsidiaries
The partner organization, a conglomerate with multiple subsidiaries operating in divers industries, is facing a significant challenge in data management. Each subsidiary utilizes a different system for data storage and reporting to the C-level executives, resulting in inconsistent data and reports.
This lack of data synchronization poses difficulties in aggregating and presenting unified insights to the C-level management team.

Users within the organization often encounter challenges in determining the appropriate types of charts or visualizations to use for presenting data
The diversity of data and its complexities can lead to confusion and inefficiency in communicating insights to stakeholders and C-level.
